Advanced Film Forming Wound Dressing.

A new product at the Suncity Skin Cancer Clinic, Stratamed is a film forming silicon gel based wound dressing, for use of on open wounds and compromised skin. It provides wounds with a moist wound healing environment, bacteriostatic agents, reduces the inflammatory response, prevents keloid scarring and promotes faster re-epithelialization.

The unique formulation of this product means substantially less product per application is required, compared to other typical products. The 5g tube, which we stock, is enough to treat a 2-4 cm wound site twice a day for over 90 days.
